Sign in with your call sign

Verified Ham lets licensed amateur radio operators prove their call sign to websites and apps. We confirm your licence by mailing a postcard with a code to the address on file with your licensing authority.

How it works

  1. Create an account with your email address and a passkey.
  2. Enter your call sign. We look it up in the FCC (US) or ISED (Canada) licence data.
  3. We mail a postcard with a one-time code to your licensed address ($3.00 covers printing and postage).
  4. Enter the code when it arrives, and your call sign is verified.

After that, any app that supports Verified Ham can confirm you are who you say you are on the air, without asking you to prove it again. Questions? Read the FAQ.

For developers

Verified Ham is a standard OpenID Connect provider. Register your app, and your users can sign in with a verified call sign.
